Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Gurugram. The Finance Manager will oversee the preparation of financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with legal regulations and financial policies. They will analyze data, provide insights for strategic decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals. This role will also involve managing relationships with lenders and ensuring sound financial practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and using technology tools like Excel or ERP systems
• Understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory policies in finance
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage lender relationships effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA/CFA is a plus)
• Prior experience in financial management or a similar role is highly preferred
