Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at PeeJay Ventures Pvt Ltd located in Chittady, Palakkad, your role involves managing and overseeing the daily financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily closing of the Petty Cash Book. - Verifying rent computations and coordinating with the Accounts team for tax invoices related to transportation services. - Preparing Vehicle Profit and Loss Accounts on a monthly basis. - Performing Ledger Confirmation with customers and reconciling balances periodically. - Preparing and monitoring the Finance Budget. - Allocating Daily Sales reports to the operations team. - Posting Costing PL Summary and ensuring timely reporting in the Accounts WP group. - Posting Daily Financial Summaries (Debtors, Cash, Bank, Creditors) in the Accounts WP group. - Ensuring timely preparation of the Day Book. - Coordinating with management for financial decision-making and compliance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. - 5-9 years of proven experience in finance/accounts, preferably in the logistics/trading/manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and other accounting software. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small accounts team.
