Job Description


Supervise monthly closure, balance sheet reconciliation, and ledger hygiene

Ensure real-time tracking of payables/receivables and cash flow

Statutory Compliance & Taxation


Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF

Manage annual filings: ROC, MSME declarations, audit coordination

Work with external CA, CS, and internal stakeholders for regulatory compliance

Banking & Financial Operations


Operate HDFC Enet platform (creator-level access)

Manage digital payment portals for payments

Process vendor payments and track collections from corporate clients

Payroll & HR Compliance


Process monthly salaries and full-and-final settlements

Manage ESI/PF/Professional Tax filings and employee documentation

Coordinate with HR to ensure proper expense and payroll entries

Reporting & Audits


Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, P&L, and variance analysis

Liaise with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits

Recommend improvements in internal controls and cost efficiency

Qualifications


B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance

Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally

Hands-on with banking portals, compliance portals, and financial systems

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of integrity

Experience in mid-sized firms or startups is a plus
