Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager at Swift Cold Chain Group, located in Kandivali (W) Mumbai. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare budgets and forecasts, and manage financial records and reporting. Responsibilities also include monitoring cash flow, supervising audits, providing financial insight to support strategic decisions, and managing the finance team to ensure effective operation of financial activities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficient in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Cash Flow Management
• Knowledge of Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, and Audit Processes
• Proficiency in advanced Accounting Practices and Financial Software
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, CPA, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or cold chain industry is advantageous
