Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance analysis.
• Identify financial trends, variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Accounting & Reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee accounting practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations (e.g., GST, Income Tax).
• Cash Flow Management
• Monitor daily cash flow and manage liquidity.
• Optimize working capital, credit terms, and manage payables & receivables.
• Cost Control & Efficiency
• Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses.
• Work with departments to review cost structures and suggest improvements.
• Regulatory Compliance & Taxation
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST filings, TDS, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors and manage internal and external audits.
• Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, financial analysts, and support staff.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
