Job Description

1. Purpose
(Describe why this position exists in the company or what unique value does this position add to the company)
To take care of Financial and Commercial operations of HALLP

2. Role Description
1. Managing Payables and Receiveables
2. Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements like GST, TDS etc
3. Managing Imports and Exports documentation & related activities
4. Managing Treasury and Cash
5. Preparation of MIS and Accounts closing (daily/monthly/quarterly/annual)
6. Coordination for various audits (inernal / exernal / statutory etc)
7. Managing Assets and insurance (risk management) related activities
8. Coordination for inventory & pay roll system
9. Monthly P&L’s and management reports

3.Requirements
(Describe the type of education and work experience required for the success of this Job)
  • CA/ ICWA or equivalent qualification with SAP knowledge
  • Business partnering and strong stakeholder engagement skills

10 to 15 years of experience preferred.

Functional competency
Product Awareness, Engineering Materials, Mfg. Process ,Manufacturing system, Quality Assurance, Measurement and metrology
Problem solving , Project Management , Purchase Management , Product cost Management , SAP & PLM
