Job Description

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage accounting operations, audits, and statutory compliance (Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
Handle taxation, treasury, cash flow, and working capital management.
Partner with business teams (sales, supply chain, operations) to provide financial insights and drive profitability.
Ensure timely MIS and product-wise profitability reports.
Lead and develop the finance & accounts team.

Requirements

Chartered Accountant
8 to 15 years of work experience from Manufacturing setup.
Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial planning, budgeting, costing, variance analysis and MIS
Exposure to agribusiness/seed/FMCG industry preferred.
Proficiency in ERP/SAP/financial systems .
Good in data presentation skills
