Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement, and variance analysis.
Conduct financial planning and analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of financial information.
Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management and other departments within the organization.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (AS) and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

9-14 years of experience in finance function with a focus on financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Strong knowledge of AS (Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for report preparation and presentation.
Night Shifts will be MANDATORY for this role .
