Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.
Implement internal financial controls, policies, and cost-saving strategies.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
Provide MIS reports, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to senior leadership.
Introduce and maintain digital tools/ERP modules to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
5 – 7 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in construction, interiors, or project-based industries.
Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
