Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements.
  • Implement internal financial controls, policies, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
  • Provide MIS reports, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to senior leadership.
  • Introduce and maintain digital tools/ERP modules to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably in construction, interiors, or project-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
