About the Role

Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities

Identify, define, and track daily/weekly key business metrics
Generate insights from data to influence strategic decision-making
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis
Create financial models and identify opportunities for cost savings
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, audits, legal mandates, and internal SOPs
Lead and manage due diligence processes, contracts, invoicing, and vendor relationships
Continuously improve accounting/book closure timelines

Skill Requirements
Deep business acumen with understanding of lead/lag indicators

Knowledge Requirements

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with financial tools and ERPs (added advantage)
