Job Description

5-6 years experience in statutory accounting, financial analysis, or financial management, preferably from a Pvt ltd Company. Finance Manager (CA) Responsibilities Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns. Train and mentor retail staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or a related field. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
