Job Description

Strategic Financial Leadership

Lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the India GCC
Partner with the India leadership team and global finance leaders to align local financial operations with global priorities
Enable cost optimization, value delivery, and performance transparency across functions

Accounting Operations and Day-to-Day Finance

Build, Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a small accounting team, including:
- Vendor invoice processing and payments
- Booking and reconciliation of team member expense claims
- Processing of travel reimbursements and advances
- Preparation and review of monthly journal entries and accruals
- Bank reconciliations and fund management
- Vendor master and team member master data management
- Monthly closing of books and preparation of financial statements
- Fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with Indian GAAP, US GAAP, and company policies
Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance (Income Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, etc. )
Maintain strong internal controls and risk management processes
