Job Description:

Manage the overall relationship across all service lines on a daily basis on behalf of the supplier.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate business partnering.
Coordinate and manage the performance of obligations, acting as the primary contact for client executive management.
Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively, review needs for business requirement changes, evaluate user satisfaction, and manage overall demand and consumption.
Analyze complex reports.
Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines established by management in daily operational activities.
Manage transitions.
Manage team morale and team efficiency.
Conduct team assessments.
Maintain alignment of processes with customer strategic plans.
Identify areas for new opportunities and improvement.
Drive transformation and continuous improvement of processes both internally and within the client organization.
Resolve strategic issues.
