Finance Internship

We are hiring for an Finance Intern for Coimbatore location.

Responsibilities:

- Perform Day to day Accounting entries

- Processing of payment to suppliers, employees as per the due dates

- Maintain the petty cash on day to day basis

- Reconciliation of Receivables and Payables on daily basis based on the daily report received from bank

- Filing of GST Monthly, Quarterly and Half yearly Returns before the due dates

- Processing of ESI,EPF,TDS and other statutory payments before the due dates

- Co-ordinating with the consultant for filing of TDS Return on quarterly basis.

- Co-ordinating with HR Team in processing the payment of Insurance, welfare and maintenance ,gratuity,Inspector of factories, Pollution Control Board and Labour Welfare fund.

- Co-ordinating with the Finance team in filing the Annual returns of Income tax, companies act, GST and other compliances

- Maintain and Build relationship with employees, customers, suppliers and other departments inorder to perform the duties and satisfy their needs.

- Co-ordinating with the team to perform the KPI assigned to the department and sending reports required to other departments about the performance on daily basis.

- Escalate with data to the management the cost incurred which is irrelevant and which can be avoided.

- Payment of advances to sales and service employees for the travel on daily basis on receipt of the TA Bills.

- Day to day accounting Knowledge,

- Problem solving techniques

- Excellent Interpersonal skills

- Good verbal & written communication skills

- Positive attitude

- Excellent working knowledge of Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
