Job Title: Finance Intern Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Duration: 2 Months Joining: Immediate About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. This role is ideal for freshers who wish to gain real-world experience in accounting, financial compliance, and corporate documentation. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Help in preparing and reviewing financial records and entries. Learn and support work related to MOA (Memorandum of Association) and AOA (Articles of Association) . Understand and assist with compliance documentation related to paid-up capital . Reconcile financial transactions and assist in report generation. Provide support during audits and financial reviews. Work with tools such as MS Excel and basic accounting software. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Basic understanding of: Accounting principles MOA & AOA Paid-up capital Good communication skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
