Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & HR professional located in Gurugram. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and handling accounting tasks. Additionally, the role involves supporting human resources functions, including but not limited to employee communication and benefits administration. The Finance & HR professional will be expected to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, and contribute to the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the company.

Salary bracket- 3 to 5 LPA

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Financial aspects
• Hands-on experience with Finance and Accounting practices
• Ability to handle Financial Statements and prepare accurate reports
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of HR functions and employee benefits administration is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
