Job Description

Job Summary:

Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance and accounting team
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership
Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards
Manage audits, financial risk, and internal controls
Liaise with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and investors
Support fundraising, M&A activities, and financial due diligence (if applicable)
Implement financial systems/tools to improve reporting and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications :

CA / CPA / CMA / MBA in Finance
Experience in a fast-growing startup, tech, or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with fundraising, investor reporting, or IPO preparation
Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP)
