We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead our finance function, drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and support the companys growth journey. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Finance & Leadership Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and expansion plans. Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to drive profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Evaluate investment opportunities and capital expenditure projects. 2. Financial Planning & Analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for all business units. Provide insights on sales, margins, working capital, and profitability by product line. Build and maintain financial dashboards and MIS reports for management. 3. Accounting, Compliance & Controls Oversee accounting, taxation (direct, indirect, GST), and statutory compliance. Ensure timely audits, accurate financial statements, and strong internal controls. Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities. 4. Treasury & Working Capital Management Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash flow planning. Optimize working capital cycles (inventory, receivables, payables) to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Manage risk related to forex exposure, hedging, and interest rate fluctuations. 5. Team & Process Development Build, mentor, and lead a strong finance team. Implement ERP/accounting systems, automation, and process improvements. Drive a culture of transparency, compliance, and accountability across the organization. Key Requirements Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CPA (preferred). Experience: 812 years, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within the manufacturing, chemical, polymer, or plastics industry. Strong expertise in taxation (GST, excise, customs), costing, and financial controls. Proven experience in fundraising, banking, and investor relations.
