Business Finance / Management Accounting :

Budgeting, Forecasting, Product costing, Monthly Profitability, MIS, Variance analysis, bringing cost focus to the operating team, Working captial / cash flow management and Capex evaluation.

Audit & Statutory compliance requirements

Key Accountability Statement

Budgeting, Forecasting, Product costing, MIS, Varianace analsysis, Working capital management and cash flow management and to support and review of business performance.
Develop systems and processes for control, compliance by scheduling regular internal audits to maintain transparency and in order to ensure adherence to statutory compliances, policies and procedures; Comply with all board related requirements
Validate business analytics by tracking macro economic trends, implementing cost savings systems, new product development costing and pricing strategy to track profitability on a monthly basis as per business plan.
Manage capital budgeting and provide recommendation for expansions , Greenfield projects by developing business plan and evaluating CAPEX proposals to support necessary business growth opportunities .
Handle financial risk management through risk identification and mitigation plans in order to shield organization from dynamic business risks .
Leverage IT systems by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process simplification in order to aid business functions and improve financial efficiency in business progress.
Make individual development plans of team members by reviewing on quarterly basis and identify their development needs to take higher performance
