Finance Head

About the Role

Refteck is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Head to lead our finance and accounting operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will handle the companys complete financial management including P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting while ensuring compliance and providing financial insights that drive business decisions.

What you'll be doing

-Manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

-Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.

-Monitor and manage fund flow and liquidity to ensure optimal financial health.

-Develop and present accurate MIS reports with supporting financial analysis.

-Ensure compliance with all statutory, audit, and tax requirements.

-Implement cost control measures and improve financial efficiency.

-Work closely with management, auditors, banks, and other key stakeholders.

Must Haves

-CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong accounting and financial analysis background.

-5 to 7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or controllership functions.

-Hands on expertise in Tally, Excel, and ERP-based financial systems.

-Strong command over cash flow and fund management.

-Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

-Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
