Responsible for Fundraising and Investor relations management that involve capital raising, financial strategy and investor relations
Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure capital for the organization
He must identify and evaluate potential funding sources, including venture capital, private equity, grants, and other financial instruments
Lead efforts to raise funds through equity, debt, grants, and other financing mechanisms
Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, including due diligence, negotiations, and closing deals
Collaborate with the finance team to forecast financial needs and develop funding plans
