Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily accounting records including journal entries, invoices, and payments.
• Handle

  GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

  and ensure timely compliance.
• Manage

  TDS deductions, returns filing, and reconciliation

  .
• Perform

  bank and ledger reconciliations

  on a regular basis.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and maintain accurate aging reports.
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal review.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Work with

  Zoho Books, Tally

  , or other accounting tools to record and manage transactions.
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of

  Zoho Books

  ,

  Tally

  , or any other accounting ERP software.
• Good understanding of

  GSR filing

  ,

  TDS rules

  , and other statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
