Finance Executive

You are detail-oriented, driven, and passionate about numbers. Unicorn Vending is looking for a Finance Executive to join the team in New Delhi, India. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate record-keeping, manage vendor and client accounts, and support financial operations in the fast-evolving food-tech and vending machine industry. Key Responsibilities: - Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, process, and issue invoices for clients and vendors accurately and in a timely manner. - Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and petty cash. - Tax Compliance: Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Financial Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and aging analysis for management. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with audit requirements. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and sales teams to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. - 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or service industry. - Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books or any accounting software. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. - Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. - Good communication skills (written and verbal).
