About the Role:

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage statutory compliance requirements including

  GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESI

  .
• Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring timely disbursement and compliance with statutory deductions.
• Oversee

  Accounts Payable (AP)

  and

  Accounts Receivable (AR)

  functions, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders for filings and assessments.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in

  Tally

  or

  Zoho Books

  (hands-on experience mandatory).
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI, and other compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and AP/AR management.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Compensation:

• Maximum CTC: ₹35,000 per month (based on skills and experience).

NOTE: This is a 100% WFO opportunity. No Hybrid/remote options. Candidates should attend personal interview (F2F) at ToggleNow Hyderabad office.

Experience in Software/IT companies is preferred.
