Senior Finance Executive
The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing reconciliations, accounting, compliance filings, financial reporting, and supporting the Head of Finance in strengthening the companys financial processes. The role requires strong reconciliation and reporting skills, hands-on accounting experience in Zoho Books, and a solid understanding of statutory compliance.
What You ll Do

Accounting & Compliance
: Keep our numbers sharp and compliant using Zoho Books, ensuring accurate records and timely statutory filings for robust regulatory adherence. -
Daily Reconciliation & Settlements
: Own the reconciliation of payments across multiple channels each day, ensuring accuracy in settlements and building financial trust with our customers. -
Reporting & Insights
: Develop real-time dashboards and detailed financial reports, empowering leadership with actionable insights and supporting Pice s data-driven decisions. -
Revenue & Profit Analysis
: Analyze revenue trends, track gross margins, and deliver variance reports that inform and accelerate our strategic growth. -
Finance Operations & Collaboration
: Manage payroll, AP/AR, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless financial operations and organisational agility.

Expert in Statutory Compliance
: In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, professional tax, and regulatory filing requirements, with proven ability to balance multiple deadlines. -
Analytical Reconciliation Skills
: Advanced capability with payment reconciliations, spotting and resolving discrepancies across diverse channels. -
Management Reporting
: Hands-on experience creating meaningful MIS reports and dashboards to support informed senior management decisions. -
Risk & Profitability Analysis
: Strong skills in variance, risk assessment, and financial performance improvement. -
Collaborative Communicator
: Ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships internally and externally.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (accredited institution).
- Professional certification (CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent).
- 2 6 years in accounting and statutory compliance in financial services, with hands-on audit coordination, payment reconciliation, and advanced Excel.
- Proven expertise in Zoho Books, statutory filing systems, and financial analysis or visualisation tools.
