Job Summary: The Finance Executive will support the finance department by handling day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, invoices, payments, and receipts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory regulations. Coordinate with other departments to collect financial data and support business decisions. Process payroll and statutory payments such as taxes and insurance. Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules. Assist in cost analysis and financial performance review. Experience into film production budgeting, Work in media role Familiarity with production budgeting tools (e.g., Movie Magic Budgeting) is a plus.
