Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive (Fresher) to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The candidate should have a basic understanding of finance concepts, good computer knowledge, and willingness to learn ERP and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting

Prepare and maintain weekly GDV reports.

Assist in reporting and submission of CRT/BTS claims.

Support in preparation and review of e-way bills on a regular basis.

Maintain accurate financial data and MIS reports as required.

2. Purchases & Sales Operations

Review and assist in approving GRNs and invoices in ERP for all stores.

Create GRNs as and when required.

Make corrections in sales invoices and GRNs in ERP based on store inputs.

Coordinate with stores for GRN, sales, and purchase-related queries.

Prepare debit notes, credit notes, and purchase return vouchers in ERP.

Export sales and purchase entries (including debit/credit notes) into Tally or accounting software.

Review sales and purchase entries for accuracy and compliance.

Assist in preparation of stock inward/outward vouchers and stock adjustments.

Review sales orders and advance vouchers regularly.

Maintain reconciliation and ageing of pending advances.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Basic knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and GST concepts.

Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, basic data handling).

Basic understanding or exposure to ERP/Tally (training can be provided).

Ability to handle data entry and reconciliations accurately.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
