Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities.
  • Process vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and match with purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment approvals.
  • Schedule and process timely vendor payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly AP reports and summaries.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and support cash flow management.
  • Handle Vat coding and fixation of European invoices.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Tools.

SEO & Graphic Design (Optional)

  • Assist in SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and analytics tracking.
  • Support website content optimization for better ranking.
  • Backlinks Creation
  • Knowledge of ON page, OFF Page and Technical page.
  • Know how to drive ADS Campaigns.
