Job Responsibilities:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for handling all finance-related activities of the company, including financial modeling, fund management, EMD/BG tracking, and day-to-day financial operations. The role demands strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills to ensure efficient financial planning, control, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial models, projections, and cost analyses for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Handle EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) submissions, follow-ups, and refund tracking across multiple tenders and clients.
• Support management in budget planning, fund allocation, and financial decision-making.
• Manage and maintain financial records, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for guarantees, fund transfers, and other financial documentation.
• Monitor project-wise expenses, ensure compliance with financial policies, and assist in audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other financial summaries to management on a regular basis.
• Support the finance team in vendor payments, receivables follow-up, and other routine accounting tasks.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all financial reporting and documentation.
• Should me open to frequent travel for work

Qualifications:
BBA/MBA/M.Com

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
