Job Summary: The Finance Executive – Car & Loan Division will be responsible for managing all financial operations related to car loans, including loan processing, coordination with banks/NBFCs, documentation, and customer financial support. The role involves ensuring smooth financing for vehicle sales while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for car loan approvals and disbursements. Explain financing options, interest rates, and EMI structures to customers. Collect, verify, and process customer documents (KYC, income proofs, etc.) for loan applications. Prepare loan proposals and ensure timely submission to financial partners. Maintain relationships with financial institutions to ensure competitive rates and fast processing. Follow up on pending loan approvals, disbursements, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of loan files, finance agreements, and customer details. Support the sales team by providing finance-related guidance to customers. Ensure compliance with all finance policies and regulatory norms. Prepare periodic reports on loan performance, disbursement status, and partner bank performance. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile finance, loan processing, or banking. Strong understanding of car loan procedures, credit analysis, and financial documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
