Finance Coordinator Manage Financial Operations at Yaticorp

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator with an MBA in Finance to support the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be innovative, analytical, and proactive, playing a key role in ensuring financial efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Job Type: Full-Time/Entry Level Experience: Fresher Qualification: MBA Finance Salary: 1.8 3 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end close processes with timely and accurate data.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with organizational goals.
Innovate and improve financial systems, reporting tools, and workflows for greater efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare internal reports.
Identify areas for automation or digital transformation within the finance function.
Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in accordance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

MBA in Finance or a related field (mandatory).
2+ years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A mindset for innovation, continuous improvement, and embracing new technologies.

Ability to think creatively and contribute to strategic financial decisions.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in implementing or supporting digital finance initiatives is a plus.
