FINANCE CONTROLLER

The Finance Controller position in the Health & Fitness industry based in the UAE requires an experienced professional to lead financial management and strategic planning. As a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 5 years of post-qualification experience, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability within the health, wellness, or hospitality sector. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing financial strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, conducting financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing internal controls, and optimizing funding strategies. You will also be responsible for monitoring cash flow, analyzing business performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and mentoring finance teams to ensure operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you must possess a CA qualification, have extensive experience in financial management, a strong understanding of IFRS and UAE tax laws, and proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and Excel is essential, along with excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
