Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities and operations of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing cost accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards - Utilizing your strong knowledge of financial reporting to provide insights and analysis - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems to effectively manage financial data - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to contribute to strategic decision-making - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred) - 13 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or plant-based finance role - Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and compliance - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills The company is looking for a Finance Controller with 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
