Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Full controllership of P&L, balance sheet & cashflow.
• Costing & variance analysis — yield/scrap/absorption with actions.
• Budgeting, forecasting & MIS dashboards for management.
• Working capital & treasury: inventory cadence, credit control, banking & covenant tracking.
• GST, TDS/TCS, Ind-AS adjustments; audit coordination.
• Finance system ownership (Tally/SAP/Oracle); automation using Excel/Power BI.

Requirements

• CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory.
• Experience in manufacturing / plant finance preferred.
• Strong in costing, ERP systems, Excel / Power BI, and MIS.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.
