Repair and maintain press tool, die repair
Maintain minimum spares.
Create STO for material.
Collect inward inspection report for spares.
Maintain MTBG records tool & fitter wise.
Arrange facility for tool service and measuring process.
Responsible for DMR (die modification record).
Lesson learnt register (maintain accurate record).
Process flow diagram.
Prepare cycle time summary sheet.
