Finance Controller (CFO)

We are looking for a Finance Controller to head the finance, accounts, tax functions at their Corporate Office in Delhi. The ideal candidate would be a Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years work experience. The job profile includes: 1. Finance & Accounts - Leading the team of accounts & finance at the HO - Annual budgeting, preparation & finalisation of balance sheet, business plans - Review of all discount schemes for dealers/ distributors prepared by mktg department - Regular follow up for receivables, debt recovery cases - Visit processing plant for stock audit, physical verification etc - Participating in SAP process improvements and internal controls and supporting all departments for the same 2. Banking - Handling import & export documentation, EEFC account utilisation - Renewal & maintenance of the company’s CC limits with the bank 3. Tax - Income tax, TDS returns, advance tax calculation, assessments, case handling 4. Others - Dealing and co-ordinating with all branches, department heads, banks, auditors, vendors as required - Prepare data for board meetings including MIS reports, ppts etc and present the same - Legal & Secretarial compliances - Assisting MD in handling the B2B sales portfolio Requirements • Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years experience • Knowledge of SAP • Good Interpersonal & communication skills, excellent Excel skills • Candidate staying within 10 km radius would be preferred • Candidate of Agri industry or having dealt with dealer/ distributor model preferred Company profile :- This is a vegetable seed company specialising in research, production, processing and sales of high quality vegetable seeds.
