Role Overview: As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Your role will involve preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in developing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards. - Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. - Manage relationships with internal and external auditors for audit coordination. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax returns. - Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. - Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. - Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience or a finance professional (non-CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience. - Prior leadership experience in finance, accounting, or related roles. - Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance. - Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
