Job Description

As the Manager, Finance Business Partner for Global Partnerships at Mastercard, you will collaborate with the Global Partnerships team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and deals while assessing their financial implications. Your background in Finance, Business Partnering, and Accounting, along with strong analytics skills, will be crucial in driving success in this role. - Develop and automate dynamic management reporting tools to provide timely financial insights to the Senior Management Team. - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends in key performance indicators, supporting Global Partnerships Segment leads and Account Management teams. - Collaborate with Business Development Finance and Deals Implementation teams to provide essential financial indicators for Global Partnership customers. The ideal candidate will: - Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or possess an equivalent combination of education and work experience in financial analysis. - Exhibit the ability to cultivate internal and external business relationships, understanding stakeholders" needs and objectives. - Be analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel. - Have familiarity with financial systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, and Power BI, coupled with Excel expertise. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, history of cross-functional collaboration, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Be results-driven, flexible, adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement. It is vital that every individual working for or on behalf of Mastercard upholds the organization's information security standards, including adhering to security policies, preserving information confidentiality, reporting any security breaches, and completing mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard's guidelines.,
