Role 1: Finance Business Partner Fashion / Lifestyle (Softline)

Role Summary:

• Steer financial strategy for Softline brands (fashion/lifestyle) across Asia, driving high growth with sustainable profitability.
  
• Use AI-driven analytics and real-time financial systems for margin, pricing, and inventory optimization.
  
• Support both

  new launches (01)

  with agile finance structures and governance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• MBA Finance

  with

  4–5 years in Business Finance

  , preferably in

  retail/e-commerce (fashion/softline)

  .
• Expertise in

  multi-channel retail (online/offline)

  and

  cross-border operations

  across Asia (India, GCC, SEA).
• Strong in

  FP&A, pricing strategy, unit economics, and margin management

  .
• Exposure to

  fast product cycles, seasonal demand, and consumer trends

  .
• Proficiency in

  BI tools, automation, AI-based analytics

  .

Role 2: Finance Business Partner – Consumer Goods / Electronics (Hardline)

Role Summary:

• Drive financial strategy to scale

  consumer durables (electronics, appliances, home goods)

  into market leaders.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics for

  forecasting, demand planning, and pricing

  .
• Build financial foundations for

  product launches (01)

  and

  scaled growth (110)

  with strong governance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• MBA Finance

  with

  4–5 years’ experience in FP&A or Business Finance

  , preferably in

  consumer durables/hardline categories

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  multi-channel retail/distribution

  and

  import/export compliance, warehousing, logistics

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  scaling businesses across growth phases

  .
• Expertise in

  margin optimization & cost control

  (BOM, logistics, warehousing, warranty/after-sales).
• Proficiency in

  ERP, BI dashboards, automation, and AI

  .
• Strong leadership with

  problem-solving and ownership mindset

  .

Common Requirements (Both Roles)

• MBA Finance with 4–7 years’ experience

  in Business Finance / FP&A.
• Ability to

  partner cross-functionally

  with product, sales, supply chain, operations, and marketing.

• Work from Office – Bangalore

  .
• Salary:

  40–45 LPA
