Engineering Manager MEAN Stack Location : Noida (On-site) Salary : Up to 40 LPA Experience : 12 to 14 years Industry-FinTech or BFSI domain Interview Process : 2 Technical Rounds + 1 Managerial Round (Virtual) Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Were looking for a high-performing Engineering Manager with a strong MEAN stack background, proven leadership skills, and deep experience in Agile environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-caliber development team, work on cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate directly with global clients in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications using the MEAN stack. Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive end-to-end project execution: planning, architecture, design, development, and deployment. Ensure delivery excellence through quality assurance, timely delivery, and effective risk mitigation. Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Guide teams on best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployments. Mandatory Qualifications B.E./B.Tech./MCA with 60%+ marks across academics. 12- 14 years of total software engineering experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership/engineering management. At least 3 years of experience handling customer engagements directly. Hands-on experience and strong technical background in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) . Proven ability to lead Agile teams and manage full project lifecycles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the FinTech or BFSI domain is mandatory Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, containerization, version control, monitoring, etc.).
