You will play a key role in building and enhancing high-performance, scalable solutions while mentoring and guiding technical teams to success. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the technical architecture roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Architect, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient MEAN stack solutions. Lead and enforce best coding standards, design patterns, and code quality across development teams. Proactively identify technical debt, drive technology upgrades, and ensure system robustness. Mentor and develop senior engineers and budding architects to build a strong technical bench. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure seamless delivery. Build, enhance, and manage the Product API layer through platforms like Postman, Swagger, Apiary, etc. Exhibit strong hands-on coding abilities to guide the team by example. Mandatory Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree (B.Tech/B.E.) from a reputed engineering college or university. Consistent academic record with 60% and above throughout academics. 1012 years of relevant experience in full-stack development with strong MEAN stack expertise. Proven experience in designing scalable cloud-native applications. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and people management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Solid understanding of API design, integration patterns, and security protocols.
