P&A Account & Portfolio Performance is responsible of maximize business performance outcomes by driving actionable solutions across the portfolios and accounts focus on push Growth, Sustained Profitability and Cash-flow health. Be primary finance partner & business advisor providing financial insights for business case development, scenario planning & driving solutions. Lead collaborations across functions & business to optimize outcomes. Manage risk across client portfolio & accounts. Exposure to senior leadership. Manage large complex work effort and innovation mindset.Key Functions:You will be the Performance and Advisory - Account and Portfolio Performance Client Group Finance Business Advisor (CG FBA) for UKIA Unit, working directly with Client Group Finance lead and Market Unit Finance leadership (CGFL) supporting the MU.You will - Essential support to the Finance Lead, the CG FBA is managing the operations of the Client Group working closely with Client Group s leadership and client s executives and help the CGFL to supervise Finances KPIs around growth and profitability, Planning and Forecasting and Client Group finance results (presentation to business, advisor, alert.) while ensuring the compliance to US GAAP and Accenture policies. Manage the pre close and forward-looking process by engaging directly with client teams to understand drivers of results and internal- external factors that are contributing to landing position. Provide insight to CGFL regarding how the forecast plan can be more accurate, identify risks, and provide business commentary regarding results as well as forecast. Analysis and drive actions on pricing and cost to serve levers for margin expansion YoY Support CG Leadership delivering value through business outcomes with analytics and insights on sustainable profitable growth across the MU through its strategic priorities. Support the CFM team on jobs where specific follow up is identified Guide the knowledge transfers to the offshore CGFL/SPOC support Pricing review when needed for CG NBM, NOLBA creation, reporting and alerts working with CFM Manage NCC P&L Support CGFL on full Business Development process controlling. Full responsibility on working capital analysis and tracking on receivables. Manage EAC change process by proactively identifying risks, tracking potential EAC s and guiding client teams through the EAC change process. Review pipeline of opportunities for the CG as applicable, provide insights on trends, and various pipeline key performance indicators and health metrics. What are we looking for? Confident and comfortable dealing with Finance and non-finance executive leadershipExcellent English verbal and written communications skills Good understanding of Accenture economic model and key Financial Business Outcomes and Financial Systems. Previous experience at FBM, CFM valued Strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to build strong networks and collaboration environments Innovation and constant learning attitude. Knowledge of agile methodologies Good Skills in SAP and Excel. Good to know Power BI Ability to deal directly and effectively with executive leadership Ability to produce timely and quality deliverables Advanced Excel Technical Skills and Tools development skillsDegree in one of the following fields:Economics / Business Administration / Finance Ability to establish strong client relationship Ability to handle disputes Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to meet deadlines Ability to perform under pressure Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Master of Business Administration
