The opportunity ?In this position, you are part of the Finance GBS Team and work closely with the Internal GBS team, COE team, Global Controlling/Finance directors, Finance Leads and Supply chain team. ? How you ll spend your day ?Apply advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and data mining techniques to analyze data from various sources ?Explore data, identify patterns and trends, and create visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders ?Develop and maintain predictive models for various business areas, such as sales forecasting, inventory management, and customer behavior ?Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, opportunities, and areas for improvement ?Design and implement analytical solutions to address business challenges, leveraging data to support decision-making ?Deploy analytical models and track their performance, as needed to ensure continued effectiveness ?Identify new opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive business innovation and create competitive advantages? ?Ensure that analytical solutions are aligned with overall business strategy and objectives ?Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership and business stakeholders ?Work with other departments, such as IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects ? Your experience and qualifications ?Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business/Administration, Education, Technical, Finance, MBA, Information Technology ?8+ years of experience ability to work independently taking a lead role ?Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau ?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ?Expertise in advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines ?Experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance ?Flexible and able to work in a changing environment ?Strong focus on improvement opportunities ?
