Finance & Banking Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager at our esteemed organization, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth and build client relationships in the finance and banking sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans for Cash Credit limit (CC), Overdrafts limit (OD), and Term Loans limit products in the assigned area - Generating leads from Open market sourcing - Identifying and exploring new business opportunities to expand the customer base - Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management - Leading and managing a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation - Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: - Mandatory qualifications include MBA (Master of Business Administration) and CA (Chartered Accountant) - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Cash Credit limit (CC), Overdrafts limit (OD), and Term Loans limit - At least 5 years of experience in Marketing within the finance or banking industry - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team - Strong business acumen and understanding of financial products and services - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Must possess a valid driving license and own a 2-wheeler for daily commuting This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund and yearly bonus.
