Finance Associate

As a FinOps Associate at CloudLex in Pune, India, your primary responsibility will be to manage financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, providing timely reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. You will play a crucial role in supporting management decision-making through data analysis and report generation. - Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to provide accurate financial data for decision-making. - Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing financial statements. - Reconcile bank statements regularly to identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly. - Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations and communication. - Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and contributing to financial reporting processes. - Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant financial regulations. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and financial regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP is a plus. - Possess excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. - Work collaboratively as part of a team.
