Finance Associate

You are a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Associate at Edvoy, a pioneering tech brand in the global education sector. Your role involves managing introducer commission activities, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between internal teams, introducers, and the UK finance team. Your responsibilities include: - Manage Commissions Email Inbox: - Monitor and respond to the common commissions email inbox promptly and professionally. - Address introducer-related queries such as student status updates and introducer statements updates. - Prepare and Manage Introducer Statements: - Accurately prepare introducer commission statements. - Circulate statements for review/approval and validate received invoices related to introducer statements. - Coordinate with introducers to resolve invoice discrepancies and update Master Data accordingly. - Commission Calculation & Compliance: - Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and contractual agreements. - General Responsibilities: - Complete assigned tasks within timelines with high accuracy. - Maintain proper documentation and ensure data consistency. - Work efficiently in high-pressure situations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the finance team as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and financial tracking systems. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in commission processing, finance operations, or introducer/agent management is a plus. - Knowledge of international education processes is an added advantage.,
