Job Description

Oversee direct billing and accounting month-end close processes.
Manage and lead billing teams, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output.
Conduct deep reconciliations and maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and account management teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Identify inefficiencies within the team and implement effective solutions to improve processes.
Maintain a strong understanding of revenue recognition and invoicing processes.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders, flagging potential issues before they escalate.

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience in managing a team, demonstrating successful leadership and team development.
Extensive background in accounting and billing, with a focus on reconciliations.
Familiarity with billing subscription models and experience with Salesforce or NetSuite (and JIRA).
Strong technical proficiency in accounting principles and invoicing procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile
