Froot Coffee is a pioneering fast food restaurant in Ernakulam, Kerala, offering a vibrant menu including sandwiches, burgers, fried chicken, and an array of beverages and desserts. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and a delightful dining experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an HR and Administration Officer to help streamline our operations and manage our expanding team.

Position Overview: The HR and Administration Officer will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and digital copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,196.39 - ₹20,000.00 per month
