Finance and Accounts Professional

Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 2600000 (ie INR 12-26 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IND AS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting activities.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial reports by collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
• Lead the consolidation process across multiple group entities or subsidiaries.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements including Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and others.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits and reporting cycles.
• Review and verify accounting entries, general ledger, and trial balances for completeness and correctness.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments such as Legal, Taxation, and Business to gather and report financial information.
• Stay current with changes in IND AS, RBI regulations (if applicable), and other financial reporting standards.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, with a focus on Financial Reporting and IND AS.
• Prior experience in consolidating financials of group entities and preparing financial statements.
• Solid understanding of IND AS, the Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to work within tight deadlines.
