Job Description

Our broad portfolio includes grid control and automation, low- and medium-voltage power distribution, building automation, fire safety, security, HVAC control, and energy solutions. Your role will involve examining expenses submitted by employees, preparing MIS reports, creating purchase orders, and handling end-to-end finance activities such as month-end closure, quarter-end, and year-end activities. You will be responsible for accruals posting, ledger account reconciliation, SOA reconciliation, debit balance recovery, goods receipt/invoice receipt reconciliation, vendor aging report analysis, withholding tax, and VAT accounting. Additionally, you will support internal and external audits of on-site finance functions and assist in issuing intercompany billing to the US entity. To excel in this position, you should have a degree in finance or commerce with 3-5 years of similar experience, preferably in general accounting and day-to-day operations. Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and strong presentation skills are essential. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
